Question 1

What can I train my chatbot on?

Accepted Answer

Upload PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), CSV, TXT and JSON files: price lists, FAQs, policies, product catalogs, service menus, documentation. One chatbot can learn from several files at once. The more specific your content, the better the answers.

Question 2

Do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

No. You upload your files, write instructions in plain English and copy one line of code into your website. If you can paste text, you can launch a chatbot.

Question 3

Will the bot make things up?

Accepted Answer

Your assistant answers from the website and documents you give it, not the generic internet. When the answer isn't in your content, it says so instead of guessing, and its conversation script and instructions control exactly how it behaves.

Question 4

How do I add it to my website?

Accepted Answer

Copy the embed snippet from your dashboard and paste it before the closing body tag. It works with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or any custom site.

Question 5

What languages does it speak?

Accepted Answer

It replies in the language your visitor writes in, even if your documents are in English.

Question 6

Can I try it before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create an account and you can build and test one chatbot in your dashboard, no card needed. Choose a plan when you're ready to put it on your website. Plans are month to month, and your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
