What can I train my chatbot on?
Your website: paste your home page link, we find your other pages (products, services, policies) and you choose which to read: 1 page while you test, up to 5, 20 or 100 on paid plans. Shopify and WooCommerce stores can add their whole product catalog on top. And your files: PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), CSV, TXT and JSON, such as price lists, FAQs, policies and product catalogs. One chatbot can learn from all of them at once.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste your website link or upload your files, write instructions in your own words and copy one line of code into your website. If you can paste text, you can launch a chatbot.
Will the bot make things up?
Your assistant answers from the documents you give it, not the generic internet. When the answer isn't in your content, it says so instead of guessing, and its conversation script and instructions control exactly how it behaves.
How do I add it to my website?
